Solarshine's Air Source Heat pump Central water heating system is combined with high efficiency air source heat pump, hot water storage tank, pumps and assistant parts such as pipes, valves etc.
Air source heat pump is a kind of energy-saving and safe hot water equipment. At present, there is only one kind of heating equipment that can achieve an efficiency higher than 100%, and its max. heating efficiency is more than 400%, (COP>4.0), and the whole year theoretical comprehensive efficiency of heating is about 300% - 380%. Therefore, the hot water system not only effectively uses the free heat of solar energy, but also fully takes into account the energy-saving and safety performance in rainy or cloudy days. It has advantages of large quantity hot water supplying, no potential safety hazard and very short payback period of investment cost.
In the past 10 years, this type of hot water system has replaced the non-environmental water heaters with conventional energy such as electric heating, gas and oil fired boilers, and has been widely used in hotels, rental rooms, factory dormitories, student dormitories, big family and many other applicable places.
Components of the system:
1. Air source heat pump main unit: 2.5-50HP or bigger power according to actual requirements.
2. Hot water storage tank: 0.8-30M3 or bigger capacity according to actual requirements.
3. Circulation pump
4. Cold water filling valve
5. All the necessary fittings, valves and pipe line
6. Hot water booster pump (To increase pressure of hot water supply to indoor shower and taps...)
7. Water return controller system (To maintain a certain hot water temperature of hot water pipeline and make sure fast indoor hot water supply)
